🔁 Return Policy

We accept returns only in the case of damaged or defective products.

Conditions:

  • You must inform us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned within 7-10 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in their original condition.

  • A parcel opening video is mandatory for any return request. Without it, we cannot process your request.

🚫 Non-returnable items include:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items)

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse or missing parts

📦 Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


🔄 Replacement Policy

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to replace the item at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, within 24 hours of delivery:

Once verified, we’ll process your replacement promptly.


💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are not available at Nylecart.

We only offer replacements in cases where a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you do not wish to receive a replacement, no refund will be issued.
